After hours service is available with prior arrangement and a 35.00 USD After Hours fee will apply. During office hours vehicles are held for up to 2 hours after the arrival time on your reservation

Pickup Instructions

Upon Arrival: NU Car Rentals service is provided in cooperation with GRS Car Rental at Istanbul Airport. Please provide your flight details when you book your rental vehicle. If we received your flight info our agent will be waiting for you outside the Baggage Claim area with a sign bearing your name. If flight info was not received or you need to contact us please call 0544 747 7227 or 904 44 9505 and we will be happy to assist you.
